"run", by itself, can properly be translated as "carrera", "recorrido", "viaje", etc., but to construct "mileage run" in spanish, using only two words, is very difficult, if not impossible; "carrera por millas", or "recorrido por millas", are two possibilites, but I am not happy with either of them.
