Last June, in T5, the departure passport control maze was loaded. There was no apparent Priority lane. After 2 turns through the maze (maybe 5 minutes in line) there was an opening to the Priority lane. Yep, midway down the All Passengers lane, the Tensa barrier was open to a seperate, empty lane. There was no control evident. We walked directly to the officer's kiosk without ever being asked for our BP. Pretty bush league set-up, but what surprised me is how many people didn't just follow us.
