just what instructions are you referring to? LOT lost my bag transferring at WAW. At destination airport they try to take your luggage claim tag, and provide you with. “Claim Form Receipt” with no instructions. Tried calling LOT they insisted there is a non existent claim number preprinted. So I guess tossing the luggage is cheaper than getting it to the owner.
