CSR application pending.
last week applied for CSR. Status went to 7-10 days. I have called chase direct line and CS told to submit the DL and SSN. Submitted through the fax yesterday. I have called today to check the status and after 10min. of waiting she rejected the application. I was then transferred to recon line. She asked for couple of questions and said my application was transferred to her manger for further review. I was not sure what was going on. Can anyone help me whats going on my apploication.
I was under 5/24 and 2/30days. My Fico score is around 760 and I have Discover and Amex gold. Last month I have applied for CIC and it was approved. I applied Amex gold back June 2019 .
Please help me.
