Interestingly India GGL charged my GUF Avios redemption extra £40 pp (booking for 3 people). I didnt authorise that amount nor was it mentioned at all. I called and they said they will manually refund. I wonder whether it was some tax miscalculation or indeed a new fee they forgot to waive?
