HND to NRT is at least 80 km drive. Frankly a pain in the arse by train due to all the procedure to actually get a ticket. Taiwan is light years easier to make that transfer in. The speed you get your luggage and then jump in a taxi is nothing compared to Japan. Lounge in Japan is nothing special either.
