Iceland trip, booked two nights in twin room (brought father along on trip) using night certs a few days before, cash rate was >50K ISK ( $400 USD)

Check in proactively noted diamond status. Informed only one twin room in whole hotel so couldn't possibly upgrade. Both suite types still available in app, not offered but didn't ask (they're king bed).

Breakfast: continental, included with all rooms. Fairly poor vs 12 other places I stayed in iceland at $100-$200. Breakfast probably tied for last with a couple <$100 properties. Tray of pre-mashed soggy "scrambled" eggs and bacon, otherwise a couple cold cuts, bread/jam, coffee, standard generic mini pastries.

All rooms have mini-fridges, with complimentary child-size OJ, coke, diet coke (?), water, chips, and two halloween bite-size toblerones 2cmx2cm squares.

Asked if there was a diamond amenity (some in thread here seem to have noted), provided 1 water since all rooms had 1 water in the fridge already.

Room:Clean, shower decent. Very small / no space for tables or chairs though they had one table jammed in against a chair and the bed, and another chair way down a long hallway at the door. Luckily not in summer i could just barely keep the room at an acceptable temperature with 40s F outside with smal amount window allowed to open.

At 10 days later, past stay shows in account with no receipt accessible, and 0 points posted (missing 1k and stay credit). Not sure if that's equal or worse than the canopy, which doesn't even show in past stays at all...
