I've posted this in two forums because I'm considering switching to either Hilton or Marriott. As far as it being "mis-information" when the computer system and a hotel employee both confirm it I would not term that "mis-information". If you work for Starwood please let me know and I'll send them an e-mail w/ your name letting them know they were wrong.
