Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?

booked basic and got the best room I ever had in many stays here, a 3rd floor unit with large terrace on the harbour and unobstructed view of Central (HK Island)

How are the rooms?

high ceilings. sunken bath tub, nicer decor than normal harbour view rooms

two sun beds on the terrace

How is the exec. lounge?

as good or better than almost all IC lounges

Did you receive a welcome gift?

yes embroidered silk-look shoe bag

How was the minibar?

better than the average IC, a few types of beer, a wide variety of soft drinks, red / white wine and juices

What was good and what was bad?

-Good

incredible upgrade (I want to thank all the protesters as this is the most quiet I have ever seen this hotel in 20 years)
