I think you're indeed probably too sensitive...it's a little illogical from the perspective of your group, but eminently logical for CC to stick to "protocol" in terms of which side of the cabin they serve. It would - granted - have been a very small departure from protocol to bring the drinks for the entire group together, but sometimes sticking to the script on the small stuff is the easiest way to make sure that the big stuff gets done right...

Put another way - if that's the biggest / only thing you noted, you probably had a pretty good flight!
