Great stay. Service at this property is fantastic, without being at all pretentious. The suite was beautiful. 20th floor on SE corner of building, lots of light, nice views. There's even a washer and dryer in the unit.

Breakfast in Ai Fiori is a little weak; service is just not up to hotel's standards. You can do room service, but it's pricey and would be easy to go over $90 for two.

Mixed feelings about the location, but this is otherwise my favorite NYC property. And I've tried quite a few.
