It's inconvenient. It's two elevator rides down to the ground floor lobby (one of them very long), then a long walk through the mall to the MTR (going down like four more levels), then you ride the MTR under the harbour from Kowloon Station to Hong Kong Station, where it's something like 600 meters walk to the Central MTR station. Where you can then catch a train back across the harbour to TST.
