With the OTA's coming up with the information copied from ITA, I am not able to determine the booking class - and I do need it to be specifically in the booking class.

I don’t think this is 100% guaranteed so I’d suggest you call/email the OTA to confirm, unless it shows the booking class on the website when you make the booking.
