I thought it would be interesting to see if renewing my driver's license would count since tolls can be purchased through the same system, but alas they did not, and coded as Utilities (so I should have used my Amazon Prime card instead - there was a special offer but it's hard to know what counts as a utility). It's still easy to meet the $300 spend.
