I booked an award ticket for my elderly father from MSP-ORD-WAW. He has no status.

MSP-ORD is on United in Coach- Waitlisted for First.
ORD-WAW is on LOT in Business.

The agent on the phone told me that he will only get one - 50 LB bag, not the two 70 lbs bags that a normal business ticket would give.
They also told me that he would get access to the Polaris lounge?

I would have guessed he would get the luggage and not given lounge access?

Anyone have any insight here?

Also, when transferring to terminal 5 in ORD, will he have to leave the secure area and go through security again?
