Charles Hotel (Rocco Forte) - Munich

Stayed - 3 nights, early September - used 3rd night free promo
Upgrade - Booked deluxe room and received upgrade to superior deluxe room
Early check in - Had to wait 30 minutes for upgraded room (arrived around 2pm)
Late check out - stayed until 3pm - had to reset my key card as it deactivated at noon while I was out
Breakfast - Included at restaurant (buffet)
Wifi - Included
Amenity - 85 euro food and beverage (used at restaurant and bar)

Amazing pool/spa area and I liked the easy access to the train station. Would def. stay again.
