At this particular Hilton, yes. They are TERRIBLE at recognizing loyalty and upsells everything. I’ve never seen anything like it at any other Hilton I’ve ever been too. I try not to stay here, but some conventions and events we attend make it impossible to avoid entirely. I think their bread and butter is non-repeat convention/event business.
