Hey folks,

I am looking for a good Marriott property for a stay of 6 nights in Dubai or the UAE in December to combine beach and sightseeing.
I have booked flights and currently reserved the Grosvenor House Dubai (at which I stayed before and where I found the lounge to be great but beach access a bit difficult). I have stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel as well but did not like the location and that it was basically build next to a big highway with lots of noise.
Is there any recommendation (up to category 5 or 6) which would preferably have a good beach and pool(s) plus a lounge and not to be too much off so that we can do some
sightseeing as well?
The cheaper the better as long as some standard is provided. And a lounge would be nice to relax and get some rest.
It does not need to be Dubai, UAE or others around would also be okay (we fly into DXB).
I have also checked the Aloft Palm Jumeirah but I did not get if they have a good (private) beach, plus wasn’t sure about the location at the end of the Palm and if there is a lounge. Else, it would provide good value at Cat 4 and even better on cash rates with ~400 AED.
Any good recommendations?
I only found threads which where not specific to Marriott and/or focused on ultra-high-end properties.
