The St Regis is very nice, staff are wonderful and the breakfast is great. I'm not sure which suites are in their upgrade pool tho. I ended up being upgraded to one due to a problem with my room despite being told nothing available at check in. That was on a late arrival on a one night stay so they don't appear to be overly generous. Only other slight negative is accessibility, by car you need to go around the block upon arrival and departure in order to get anywhere which is a bit tiring in peak time traffic
