Sheraton Cusco (Peru) To Be Demolished Per Court Order
Just saw in the press that a judge in Peru ordered the demolition of a future Sheraton in Cusco, Peru which is currently under construction. Works have halted in 2016, when it was alleged the hotel developers have demolished local buildings without seeking prior authorization, including centuries-old Inca murals.

I wasn't aware a Sheraton was planned for Cusco, bit I guess it's not going to happen now. Oh well, the city is pretty well covered with the JW and Luxury Collection options...
