I think you will discover that this varies WILDLY based upon the properties (and/or brand segments) being discussed. If you're staying at a hotel type that has few if any suites, then this "one category upgrade" suggestion can be more likely. This "one category upgrade" suggestion is much less likely as a a Titanium at nicer brand properties with more suites.
