Read the last couple pages. Some people really seem to like this place, and others are very critical. I have an upcoming trip to Perth, and am trying to decide between 4P (AUD85/nt), Hyatt (AUD102), and Pan Pacific (AUD113), with top-tier status in the respective programs. Are you sure you're getting a rate of S102 at the Hyatt? That is extraordinarily cheap, well below anything I've seen in many years.
My vote is for the Hyatt if you're happy to not be dead smack bang in the middle of the action. As a top tier you'll be upgraded a very spacious suite (subject to availability, which has never been an issue in my experience) and can pay $15 to take a full breakfast in the restaurant. The evening canapes and drinks are quite pleasant.
