Mine worked OK out of LHR (to Berlin) on Friday (after a bit of assistance) but the guy in Tegel could not activate the tag that the app had allocated. So I had to remove the electronic TAG and he added a paper one. Luckily I had brought the special tool in anticipation of a problem.
