I stayed here one night as a Spire (no Ambassadorship of any kind) on points and was upgraded to a Duplex Suite, which as mentioned upthread has a nice view of the river, and of course the compound itself has a lot of history. Nice rain shower and great water pressure. Able to customize AC settings in the room. Two free cocktails and late checkout proactively offered. I’m normally a HIEx girl when paying myself so didn’t use concierge or eat hotel breakfast, but staff were smiling and friendly.
