Applied for the CSR as I closed my Amex Plat and needed a card with PP and other benefits. Went to 30 day msg and finally approved after 10 days with a 35k credit limit, the highest I have on any card.
Don't know how chase worked but 10 days is a huge time and was worried what's going on
