Hi, it's been an eternity since I last used Edinburgh Airport.

Though I have a provisional booked ( work scheduled permitting) return flight into Edinburgh and out with Air France KLM in December. I'm flying business class and the flight is schedulled for 9.15 am.

I shall be staying in one of the local airport hotels the night before, Hampton Hilton.

Is it better to have breakfast at the hotel, or to skip it, and eat in a lounge ( which one AirFrance KLM uses?) prior to flying.

Any opinions on this from frequent Air France KLM travellers?
