Yes, absolutely. The bad behavior on airplanes will grow if we don't call people on it. Flight attendants want to do the right thing -- they can't police everyone because of the sheer numbers of inconsiderate slobs. While if it doesn't affect me I leave it alone, taking advantage of the airline, the system, good natured people (including me) isn't okay and I ask for FA help if need be. 11 y/o behavior=not okay from an adult.
