They charge for extra beds and amenities (if you have status - like more than the 2 total allotted breakfasts or lounge access). When I inquired a few months ago, the fee for a rollaway bed was JPY 9,315 per night for a 12-year old as a Hilton Diamond. Not sure if that varies by status or season or age.
