1. Send $42,000 USD using each of 3 categories for $1050 USD + 64575 MR points (1.5 Amex Biz Plat for >$5k)
2. Get 72000 FFD's from plastiq
3. Send $72,000 USD to anyone (domestic or int'l) and receive 108000 MR points (1.5 Amex Biz Plat for >$5k)
Total: 172575 MR for $1050 USD (fee can be tax deductible)
It is not practical to send single payments of $20,000 or more to international recipient on a single credit card. If you have the means to do it, do it. I do not know how Plastiq can mail a paper check of $20,000 to a company in China or other foreign countries.
You could open up yourself for money laundering to a foreign country.
