They always provide AS & CX RL but it is also in the confirmation email the follows shortly thereafter usually within 5-10 minutes. Both AS & CX show the AS ticket number & CX shows the itinerary as a redemption. Wouldn't it be ticketed if the ticket number is shown in the confirmation and on CXs website? AA does not provide CX RL on the confirmation email. Anyway, the only functional difference is to select seats and edit the trips to CX profile (registered account), which AA reservation allows immediately after the itinerary is on request, ticketed or not. See seawolf's post above.

No availability on QF award search as of now.
CX stops releasing last minute availability to partners for awhile, you can try search on AM inventory or keep monitoring on QF. AM inventory is different from partner's (including AS).
