My wife and I are traveling MEM-ORD-LGA on AA in a couple of weeks, but we'd like to try our chances at getting on the NW nonstop MEM-LGA, utilizing that carrier's little-publicized BUMP Program (which allows same-day, standby travel on NW with other carriers' tickets). To do this, we will likely need paper tickets from AA. How much should we expect to pay to have our e-tickets converted to paper?
