I am trying a test tonight, I shall wear a tie. I wonder if that means I'll be asked if I want my coat in the closet for the first time this year.
Good point. I travel in J about eight times a year between LHR and ORD. I ALWAYS wear casual clothing because I like sleeping in comfort. Check in and on-board treatment by crew is a joke. Seven times out of eight, I will be directed to the queue for WT, suggesting that I cannot POSSIBLY be seated in CW.
On board, I am treated with similar disdain, as if I may have been wrongfully upgraded to J without wearing the requisite business suit/tie.
