Tried to call aeroplan & air canada 3 times each today. Hung up after 1 hour and 25 minutes on hold.

I mean we are talking about an 11B $ publicly listed company that still has a 1984 IT system (for the altitude flight record keeping, that is a fact).

And all I'm trying to do is recover 320AQM from an IROP that Air Canada placed me on an AA flight. The aeroplan missing miles webpage doesn't work as it says I didn't fly the original route.
