If elevator service is really limited, I would ask to be put on the 25th floor, since I think both the lower-floor and upper-floor elevators stop there.
I was told 4 by the CS agent on the phone. Can’t remember if that’s correct since my last stay was a while back since I was avoiding due to renovation. I’ll be able to confirm tomorrow.
