Finally got through to a US rep tonight. She said there were no offers on my account other than to downgrade to a no AF card, but said she could give me 1000 TYP with no requirements for the troubles (I mentioned the benefit reductions, as well as having to call multiple times to get somebody who understood what I was asking). I took it. TBH I was likely to eat the $95 anyway just to keep the account and go for a Prestige sign up bonus next year. As soon as a good transfer bonus pops up I'll empty out my account, have a good 75k sitting there. Wish I had transferred them all out to Virgin Atlantic a couple months ago.
