I've read in a couple places that taking photos of the murals is fine; just don't take anybody's picture w/o permission.

I've also read conflicting advice on seeing the murals. Some sources have stated hiring a black cab (plus this way you get the cabbies input) and others have suggested walking is fine.

Any advice on the above would be appreciated.
