My original email went to the general reservation email but the response came from an employee email address so I in turn replied to that email. So it's more concerning to me that an employee gets a direct email and its almost 2 days with no response. But maybe some of my questions need some additional research- I did ask quite a few of them, not only about the seaplane transfer 😀

Anyway I hope I hear from them soon and will keep you posted.
