What is the best way to apply for a partial refund and ORC miles and points due to a downgrade from WTP on BA to Y on EI? Do I need to call, or is there an online form to fill in? When I rebooked over the phone the agent suggested I needed to fill out a complaint but that was a few weeks ago and I wanted to wait until after I'd flown before actioning anything.
