Well, we're all having fun, right?

For me, everything went smoothly updating Aeroplan site first. Then, I was able to sign in to Altitude. Things were looking up. Then I went to sign in to AC.com to look at Manage Bookings and such, got the prompt for the verification code, received it and was able to sign in and all seemed functional. Progress! Yay!

Well, maybe not..... the App toasted.

First the top bar went grey and status disappeared. OK, so I look at settings and thought maybe sign in. Nope. It rejected the new pwd, the old pwd and the Mobile+ pwd. Hmmm. Oh, let's delete the app and start again.

Can't sign in at all, and on the advice of others, no way am I creating a new Mobile+ account nor creating a new password because I'm convinced it will make things worse.

While I'm quite sure those on the forum with the super fancy IT skills are moving along in a forward momentum, I know many are not.

Someone jokingly suggested I use the UA app to access my AC stuff since many of us know how great their app is. I've had enough comedy for one day.

Overall, even without this mayhem, I'd love to package up this AC App and send it back where it came from.... because even without today's adventure....suckage.
