It is always nice to "meet" a Diamond member!
Unfortunately, I do not work with Julia (I believe she is located at Central Reservations, in Omaha, of course), probably at the GP Desk or Suite Desk. She may have much more information than me. I simply have worked at a Hyatt Regency property for a while now (front office and concierge) and I feel I have sufficient information and I would like to be of any assistance if folks may have some questions that need to be answered.

I enjoy working for Hyatt and found this website to be quite interesting. I travel when I can on my own.
