Thumbs up Hello - Regarding your statement

Hello, User1215.

As an individual working for Hyatt Corp., I believe I am at liberty to perhaps reiterate the issues behind lifetime Diamonds. As mentioned above by another colleague, yes, with consecutive stays over a period of time (this can vary, but very rarely - based on property type), a status known as Lifetime Diamond is possible through Gold Passport. While it is a bit different to your status as a valued Courtesy Card holder, it is similar in the sense it is, in fact, a "lifetime" status.

For any further questions regarding this, please feel free to examine the Terms and Conditions on our website - www.hyatt.com - where more specific information pertaining to Gold Passport members, points, and account statuses are further discussed.

I hope this information has helped alleviate any confusion. Please let me know if you have any feedback/questions. Thank you again.

Sincerely
Nyak
