How long to reimburse cancelled flight?
I recently had to cancel a BA flight due to family health issue.
I called BA and they promptly returned the AVIOS Points and the Companion Tix to the account....thank you BA!
However, I am supposed to get a credit back to my credit card for the flight (less some fee's) but have not yet received the credit and it has been almost 2 weeks since I cancelled.
How long does it normally take to see the credit applied?
