Premier Inn is next door to the Holiday Inn Express, so you can judge walkability by that. It's right across the highway, but there is no feasible way to walk there. You could take the Metro one stop past the Terminal 3 stop to the Emirates stop and walk from there. The Premier Inn is past the HIX when walking that way.
