I've also had problems converting the PC points into BA Miles, called at the beginning of June to get the 10k transferred over and got nada. Called again on Monday and am waiting for the 4-6 week, or is it 6-8 week period until they hopefully post.

Since the number to call is a ***** to find here it is:

and the code to change them to BA miles is: EU 04 YE300 (have never needed this though)

The number has actually changed from the above to a new UK number, it was part of the pre-recorded part of the call although I didn't have time to jot it down. The call does connect through though and I spoke to a rather charming young American lady for the second time that day
