Besides what has already been said in regards to checking the usual stores, if you're interested in just drinking and not so much owning, you can alternatively taste the entire Suntory catalog all the way up to Yamazaki 25 / Hibiki 30 / Hakushu 25 and all the ones in between at the distillery less than an hour north of Osaka. The only hard part is getting a reservation (they don't accept walk-ins). The free course with access to the museum gets you access to the paid tasting counter where you can sample as you please. Sample prices are extremely reasonable, at just 3000 yen a glass for the above three.
