I think the vast majority in CA are corporate locations. They have some franchises around Seattle and Las Vegas. Phoenix may be franchise too.
Well the one I went to that has self ordering kiosks and those magtrek pinpads with everything enabled appears to be a corp location "Habit-UTID-Takeout-Menu.pdf".
