Well I think it’s probably unusual to see a whole bunch of flights with only one seat available in the lowest inventory bucket, but without knowing details, we can’t verify. That said, perhaps it is a ploy for DL to eke out a little extra revenue at a time when they know there probably aren’t many solo travelers.

At the end of the day, nobody has a gun to your head forcing you to buy any particular flight or fare on any particular airline. If you don’t like it, don’t book it. @:-)
