As Triple7 indicated, it's a fairly intimate theater and I doubt if there's a bad seat in the house. We were advised to choose seats toward the center, even if it meant sitting a little higher. By the way, I forgot to suggest Treasure Island itself as a lodging choice. It's not one of the 5-stars you listed, but it's the best priced 4-star I've seen. In your case, it would have the advantage of being where the Mystere theater is located. I noticed when I checked some dates for my own trip this Fall that they had already posted some December specials. As low as $69 mid-week as I recall.
