I've had only good experience there with fd staff in the last 30 stays. The old wing has been updated. With all due respect, the hotel is in Chitose and its location is clear on the homepage and on baidu, google etc. maps.
For inexperienced travelers like the op, the hotel offers a shuttle to the airport
, times are on the homepage and access here. Taxis from CTS are very affordable.
