No response yet -- I was told it'd take 3-5 days to resolve. I haven't tried reaching out to Bonvoy Lurker, I may do that next!

This is the same thing I was told; the error in the system is because the hotel changed categories so it's posting at 85k now. I called the Titanium Elite Customer Service and the representative seemed confident that they *could* fix it, just that *he* couldn't fix it, so he'd have to send it to "loyalty support". I'd recommend either making sure to talk to a supervisor or maybe try Bonvoy Lurker too?
